A lot of great wisdom on physiologic birth within these pages. If you're Christian, like so many of my clients are, you may be turned off a bit by the anger towards religion, but please don't let this sway you from reading between the author's feelings on that subject. Submissiveness to unjust behavior is so common throughout the Christian culture, and if we're actually reading our Bible we can see that we are not told to submit to untruths. Women have been lied to for centuries within organized religion and civilized cultures. We need a resurgence of understanding of our CREATED bodies!
