From the Spinning Babies founder Gail Tully, this book encompasses a lot of her knowledge as a Physical Therapist and Midwife. This book has a lot of modern "inclusive" language which matches the modern times and speaks quite a bit about evolution, but the strong evidence for a movement-based lifestyle with bodywork to help support physiologic birth in our modern culture is wonderful.
